Executive Chef Adam Kurgans culinary flair is on display daily as his features range from Maple coffee short ribs to pistachio and Mint encrusted Salmon fillets to in house prepared pork, apple and sage sausages that leaves many a mouth watering!! These features compliment a regular menu that transcends traditional pub grub. Guest favorites include Quinoa and Nicoise salads, 100% Bison burger, Chicken Tikka Marsala and Henrys own Steak and Stilton pie.
A combination of delectable dishes, hearty draughts and warmth that emanates from the knowledgeable, courteous and attentive staff, truly make Henry VIII Ale House Fit for a King.

Nestled in the heart of the Kingsway and west of Torontos historic Old Mill, Henry VIII Ale House was built amongst tastefully appointed traditional homes and English respectability in this beautiful neighborhood. With a thriving upscale twist and character all on its own, Henrys offers more than twenty five of the finest single malt scotches and Irish whiskeys and boasts an extensive selection of English ales and worldly beers. In keeping with the local Tudor facade, Henrys menu and atmosphere is just that: a delightful sprinkle of English taste coupled with a delicious warmth and familiarity.
Haven taken its name from one of the most significant figures in the history of the English monarch, Henry VIII Ale House exceeds excellence in its reputation. It continues to maintain its strong rapport with customers, both old and new, as a reliable neighborhood hotspot and mainstay.
Located just one block west of Royal York station on Bloor Street west, Henrys is convenient in its accessibility for all, open lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
